Necessary indication of the name and the order code. If you choose the method of payment by deposit in a bank account, you must send us the deposit receipt electronically to info@dalmaras.gr or inform us by phone, while the sending process will begin if the amount appears in the company’s account. Your order will remain blocked for 48 hours, ie from the moment you place it you have 48 hours to make the deposit and send the proof of deposit or telephone information. After 48 hours the order is canceled.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS
Free of charge pick up from dal stores (Platanon 3, Agios Ierotheos & Filadelfeias 56, Menidi), in 1 bussiness day.
Shipment by Speedex or ELTA Courier. The shipping costs for all of Greece is 3,00€ and the delivery time is 1-3 bussiness days.
For orders over 70 Euros the shipping cost is free!
After receiving the products from Speedex or ELTA Courier to be sent, you will be informed about the shipping code where through the Speedex or ELTA Courier website you can see at any time where your order is.
Shipments are made daily by Speedex or ELTA Courier except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Dalmaras.gr is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products for reasons of force majeure that are not controlled by the company such as e.g. weather, strikes, damage, etc.
