Changes and returns

You can return the product to change color, size, design or refund your money by filling out the withdrawal form.
All products returned to our warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control.
Basic conditions for changing or returning products:
-The product should remain intact, complete, without damage, with its tags, it should not have been used beyond testing, nor should it be washed or ironed and its packaging should be the one that normally accompanies each product.
– The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase when the product is returned.
-The change or return must be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, after contacting the service department at e-mail dalmaras.gr@gmail.com or by phone at 2105763716. No change or return is accepted if there is no relevant written or telephone information to the company.
Changes or returns are made only after the company has been informed, has accepted the return of the product and has received the product that must be replaced if it is intact in its original condition.
If all the above conditions are not met, the change or return is not accepted.

Upon request, the customer must send the product to the address Platanon 3, Agios Ierotheos, Peristeri 12137.
The customer bears the full cost of returning the product or products.
The company accepts changes / returns exclusively with courier companies of the customer’s choice at the company’s headquarters and reimbursed shipping costs by the customer. Returns made by ELTA (regular mail) will not be accepted.
During the product return process, the customer is solely responsible for any damage or loss during transport that may be due to poor carrier selection or shipping method.
In any case, we recommend that you keep the receipt and the shipping number of the courier company you choose until the completion of the product return process.

 

REFUND POLICY

If you wish a refund, you must complete the withdrawal form, according to article 4, par. 10 of Law 2251/94, and send it electronically to dalmaras.gr@gmail.com. The company will consider your request and will notify you immediately of the acceptance or non-acceptance of your request. After the acceptance by the company, you must send us the packaged product, the original retail receipt and together with the original withdrawal form which you will have sent us electronically. After the company receives the product, within 10 days it will refund the money using the same payment method that the original transaction took place.
In no case are the shipping or cash on delivery costs reimbursed.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellation of an order in whole or in part, you must inform the company in a timely manner by e-mail to info@dalmaras.gr or by phone at 2105763716.
The time limit for cancellation of an order is strictly before delivery to the transport company.

In case your order has already been sent to the transport company or it has been sent for delivery you cannot cancel the order. In this case you must pick up the order and follow the return process.
In case of indifference to the receipt of the order or refusal to receive the or similar malicious act on the part of the customer, the customer is obliged to deposit the shipping costs.

In any case, the buyer will be responsible for damages caused by the cancellation or return of the order, subject to all other rights of dalmaras.gr. Dalmaras.gr reserves the right to appeal to justice in order to claim damages that may have occurred as a result of electronic or telephone order of the customer.
Any change or cancellation of an order will not be valid without the acceptance of the company.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All products undergo a thorough quality control before shipment, in order to ensure their perfect condition and to avoid the hassle of replacing them.
Upon receipt of the order and in the presence of the distributor, you are obliged to check the condition of the products before signing the delivery document and therefore accept the parcel. Once the delivery document has been signed, it is considered that you have previously checked the condition of the products.

In case of defective products upon receipt, they are immediately replaced with any of the available products, without additional financial burden to the customer, after immediate information within 48 hours of receipt, by e-mail at dalmaras.gr in which your name and order code will be written as well as the defective products or by phone at 2105763716. A representative of our company will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
